Browsed print queues in CUPS
By default, the printer configuration tool browses the network for any shared IPP printers.
To stop CUPS from broadcasting and/or listening for CUPS printers on the network (IPP or shared), set "Browsing Off" in /etc/cups/cupsd.conf.
